seperate into squads?

i just had an idea that maybe the officers could talk about with eachother, what if we were to creat 3 or 4 man squads within our clan, like the higher ranked officers could have control over there own squad, this way we would be able to be more tactical when we play and be more organized as a clan, just an idea and i was thinking if i could get some opinions bout it see you all later

sure but i would need everyones name thats in the clan and idk if we would make the officers leaders or make like a squad thats a group of our top players

well if u need the names look on the ranks of the clans both minor and major.
